Located on a pristine, serene, and breathtakingly beautiful beach, with a small dedicated staff and a limited number of guests, Little Cove is committed to offering an intimate, rejuvenating, and unforgettable yoga retreat experience that keeps guests coming back.

The resort offers charming single or double cottages, each ensuring a peaceful and restful stay. Every cottage comes with a private bathroom for your comfort.

Locally sourced, organic vegetarian meals are served daily, with special dietary needs such as vegan and gluten-free options carefully accommodated.

On-site Ayurvedic massages and treatments are available to enhance your well-being, and dolphin watching or fishing trips can be arranged upon request.

Here's a daily schedule example:

  • 7:00 AM - Meditative Beach Walk / Meditation and Breathing Exercises on the Beach Cliffs

  • 7:30 AM - Herbal Tea and Fruit

  • 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM - Dynamic Yoga: Vinyasa/Hatha/Ashtanga

  • 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM - Breakfast

  • 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM - Excursion to Palolem/Agonda/Canacona or Free Time at the Beach

  • 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM - Lunch

  • 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM - FREE TIME – Relaxation, Massage, Local Sightseeing, Dolphin Watching, Beach Walks, etc.

  • 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM - Yin Yoga and Meditation

  • 8:00 PM - Dinner

Some mornings will feature an early sunrise meditation starting at 6:00 AM.

Some evenings will include local events, such as dance performances, etc.
